Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lokmat Bhakti follows a transparent and fair refund policy, keeping in mind the nature of personalized digital services.

No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed and report preparation has begun, refunds are not applicable. All reports are custom-made based on user-provided details.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if: payment was deducted but service was not initiated, or a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are not allowed once the service request has been submitted.
