Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lokmat Bhakti follows a transparent and fair refund policy, keeping in mind the nature of personalized digital services.

No Refund Policy

• Once an order is placed and report preparation has begun, refunds are not applicable

• All reports are custom-made based on user-provided details

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted but service was not initiated

• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error

• Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are not allowed once the service request has been submitted.
